3. Shaft type forgings
The shaft type forgings refers to the axial dimension larger than the cross-section size of forgings, such as shaft, axle, roll, column, Rod, connecting rod and so on. The basic process of forging shaft-type forgings is pulling length, or upsetting-pulling length, auxiliary process and trimming process as follows: chamfering, rounding
4. Crankshaft Forgings
Crankshaft Forgings Refer to the Change of section shape and area along the axis of forgings, and the forgings with multiple orientations. such as various forms of crankshaft, crankshaft forgings forging the basic process of pulling long, wrong shift and torsion, auxiliary process and trimming process is: Sectional indentation, local chamfering, rounding, straightening.
5. Bending forgings
Bending forgings are the axes of the curved forgings, generally for a curved or multiple bends, the section can be equal or not equal, bending can be symmetrical bending and asymmetric bending, bending forgings forging the basic process of drawing long, bending, auxiliary and trimming process for: sectional indentation and rounding, flat.
6. Complex Shape class forgings
Complex forgings, composed of the characteristics of the five types of forgings, such as valve body, fork rod, ring body, cross shaft and other forgings, are combined according to the above forging process, and the forging process is chosen rationally.
